Shipping Information
All MaxPixels Prints products are made-to-order. Once you upload your design and place an order, printing begins immediately.
Processing Time
- Posters, prints, frames, canvas: 2–5 business days
- Apparel & mugs: 2–4 business days
Shipping Time
We currently ship to the United States and the European Union.
- US: 3–8 business days
- EU: 3–10 business days
You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
Important: All items are printed on demand. Processing starts as soon as your order is placed.
Returns & Refunds
Because every item is custom-printed, we do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size or product choice
- Unwanted items / change of mind
- Incorrect design uploaded by the customer
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it free of charge. To request a replacement, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and the issue
- A short description of the problem
