Because every item is custom-printed, we do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size or product choice
- Unwanted items / change of mind
- Incorrect design uploaded by the customer
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it free of charge.
To request a replacement, please email within 7 days of delivery:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and the issue
- A short description
We will review your request and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
