Shipping & Refunds

Because every item is custom-printed, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size or product choice
  • Unwanted items / change of mind
  • Incorrect design uploaded by the customer

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it free of charge.

To request a replacement, please email within 7 days of delivery:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and the issue
  • A short description
