How does MaxPixels Prints work?
Upload your photo or design, choose your product (poster, frame, canvas, t-shirt, mug, etc.), and we print it for you. Every item is made-to-order.
Where do you ship?
We currently deliver to the United States and the European Union.
How long does shipping take?
• Processing/printing: 2–5 business days
• Delivery (US/EU): 3–10 business days depending on location and product
A tracking link will be sent once your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because production starts quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within the first 2 hours after placing your order.
Can I return my order?
Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons like wrong design, size, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it free of charge.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• A short description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement.
What file types can I upload?
We recommend JPEG or PNG files with high resolution for the best print quality.
Will my colors look the same as on screen?
Slight variations may occur due to screen brightness and color calibration, but we aim for accurate, high-quality printing.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some items ship from different facilities, so parts of your order may arrive separately.

We work with trusted printing partners in the US and EU to produce and ship your items quickly.
